At Buckets Early Learning we are proud to provide our local community the highest standards of care, education and development for our children.

As the only family owned and operated, boutique childcare service in the local area, our Centres are located in Bentleigh East, Hughesdale, McKinnon and coming soon to Carnegie. With family values at the heart of our experiences, we provide a warm and supportive environment that protects children’s health and safety while focusing on educational and developmental programs that position children to become confident and capable learners.

Our innovative, best practice programming focuses on fostering a true sense of happiness and wellbeing in your child. The developmental and educational years of 0 – 5 are the most important years for establishing the foundations and stepping stones to a healthy, well-adjusted future. We recognise the critical importance of these years and have designed creative programs that support the social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development of children.

Our programs are delivered in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres that create the optimum environment for children to have a positive and rewarding experience. Each children’s room, designed specifically to the age and development of each child, has access to its own architecturally landscaped external learning environment.

With play-based learnings, music, sports and mindfulness programs, incursions and excursions, multicultural awareness, government-approved kindergarten program, natural outdoor environments, nutritious meals and community participation, time spent at a Buckets Early Learning Centre is an empowering and enriching experience for children.

Who we are

Buckets Early Learning is family owned owned and managed with care by Aimee and Paul. Aimee and Paul have three young daughters who all attended childcare.

As parents themselves, Aimee and Paul are passionate about early childhood development and the level of education and care they want to see provided for all children. It is this philosophy that has inspired them to establish a boutique early learning environment that provides the highest level of growth and learning.

To support and maintain excellence across the centres, Aimee and Paul have established an impressive management team with more than 20 years’ experience. Working together towards the common goal of providing an enriching educational environment for children to learn, flourish and develop, the management team at Buckets Early Learning Centre combine professionalism with compassion to deliver best outcomes for all children.
